Florida Home Watchers is for residential and seasonal homeowners in Indian River County.
We want to fill that gap when you have to leave for vacations-summer residences-
hospitalizations or you just need a break.
Let us oversee one of your most precious investments.
Our basic service provides an insured and bonded professional –
who on a weekly basis-inspects your property.

We will check that those services you already have in place, such as lawn service or
pool maintenance, are properly being maintained,
if not you are notified and we will proceed as instructed by you, the homeowner.


Interior

1. Secure all windows and doors.
2. Check for water leaks
3. AC working properly
4. Check major appliances are
     working properly 		Exterior

1. Lawn service being maintained.
2. Pool maintenance –  if applicable
3. Any damage to home
    (owner notified as soon as possible)
4. Shutters and awnings, other
    structures secured 		Additional (Services for separate fees)

1. Inspection for a major storm.
2. Meet contractors at residence
3. Start automobile
4. Packages or mail that may have to
    be forwarded
5. Light grocery shopping for return
     or guests
6. Light cleaning for return
7. Small pet sitting
     
After each home watch we provide a checklist of all performed services,
our own that we use or that of the homeowner.
Should there be any concerns that may occur we will telephone or Email the owner promptly.

FEE SCHEDULE
PREMIERE SERVICE $100.00 per month - Home Checked Weekly
BASIC SERVICE $70.00 per month - Home Checked Every Other Week
Meet contractor or delivery person at residence - $30.00
Includes securing residence when they leave
Remain with contractor at residence until work is completed - $30.00 per hour
